Who we are

Sarah Kacevich (she/her) is the Owner and Principal of Starling Consulting. With over 12 years of experience in the nonprofit field, Sarah is dedicated to supporting her peers as we collectively build a more just and equitable future. She is a trusted ally to community members, educators, nonprofit and school administrators, and youth leaders. Sarah received a B.A. in Human Rights Studies from Trinity College (Hartford, Conn.) and is working toward a Masters in Education from University of Massachusetts Lowell. She continues to work as an education program manager with a statewide environmental organization. Sarah identifies as a white, cisgender woman.

Starling Consulting is based in Greater Boston, Massachusetts, United States (unceeded land of the Massachusetts, Wampanoag, and Nipmuc tribes).

Our subject matter expertise includes:
